A commercially astute pharmaceutical professional with over 35 years quality experience. A Qualified Person as per EU Regulations (2001/83/EC and 2001/82/EC) since 2003, recognized by HPRA (Ireland) and IMA (Iceland) with excellent leadership and communication skills. 

Andrew has been working in quality roles since 1986, spanning the medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries. Andrew thrives on challenges and aspires to “Make a Difference” to patient health. 

Andrew’s expertise extends beyond cGMP and Compliance to include GCP and quality tools such as lean, statistical process control, calibration, and process validation. Andrew has experience of starting up a new Vaccine and Biologics fill finish facility (Green Field Site) giving him hands-on knowledge of all aspects of pharmaceutical quality systems.

Andrew routinely provides coaching, mentoring and support to senior Quality Leadership- often acting as interim Qualified Person for complex products and establishing and supporting quality governance processes.
