Christoph Peter is a seasoned specialist in Quality Leadership and Quality Systems with more than 15 years of experience across the pharmaceutical lifecycle, from early-stage clinical development through to commercial manufacturing. He has a strong record of preparing facilities for regulatory approval and supporting organisations through complex compliance and inspection readiness activities.

Throughout his career, Christoph has hosted over 30 regulatory inspections and more than 40 client CMO audits. His auditing expertise includes leading and co-leading more than 70 audits of contract manufacturers, contract laboratories, and suppliers of critical raw materials for ATMPs and RNA based vaccine programmes.

He has completed more than 30 self-inspections spanning all areas of ATMP and RNA based vaccine manufacturing and testing. Christoph has also collaborated with a wide range of industry stakeholders—from academic startups and university teams to major global pharmaceutical companies—and has contributed to over 10 due diligence assessments.
